Dr. Ellen Ziaja

Dr. Ziaja
received her undergraduate and medical degree from Wayne State University School of
Medicine. She also earned a masters degree in Microbiology and Immunology at the
University of Michigan. Dr. Ziaja completed her internship and residency at William
Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. She is board certified in radiation oncology
and has a special interest in breast and gynecological cancer, with extensive experience
in breast, lung, prostate and gynecological brachytherapy. Dr. Ziaja implemented the
Partial Breast Irradiation Program at St. Luke's Medical Center and is a member of the
Breast Cancer Advisory Board. She is a Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin
La Crosse and serves as the Medical Director of the Radiation Therapy Program.
