Dr. Ulmer, who is a board certified radiation oncologist, received her under graduate degree from Randolph - Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, Virginia followed by her medical degree from West Virginia University. She completed her residencies in internal medicine and radiation oncology at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, a National Cancer Institute designated comprehensive cancer center. |
